Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable container, ensuring all original labels and tags are included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old tracking stickers.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your parcel at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
